Erik delivered the bookcases, secretary and desk today. Everything looks great - just as described. Thank you so much. The desk was a serious challenge to squeeze up to my third-floor office, but Erik was a trooper. He helped move everything up to the third level, in fact, and he never complained about a thing. He was pleasant, smiling and sweating the whole time. I truly appreciate the extra effort he gave to please this customer. Please let the powers-that-be know that he did an outstanding job and only made me want to do business with Harp Gallery again in the future. I just wanted to write again and thank you for all your help with my recent antique desk purchase! It arrived yesterday and, as you wrote previously, it IS an exceptional piece! I also want to commend Mike Holiday’s moving services. Mike was the only one who actually promised to bring my desk to the exact location in my home where I needed it to be (in fact, one of the other services specifically limited itself to only a first floor delivery), and, as you know, this desk is very large. Upon arrival, Mike cheerfully disassembled the desk before bringing it into my building (I don’t think it would have fit through the building’s entrance door otherwise) and reassembled it once it was in the room I am planning on using as my new home office. I have tried to find this on ebay so I could make a comment but it disappeared. It's been a while since I bought/sold on ebay and the format has changed.
I wanted to tell you this piece is amazing. No smell, no abuse, and the color is very rich. I have plans for this catalog and it has to do with all the tiny things we lose in our homes. Candles, batteries, phone chargers, you name it.
