Dating from about 1915, a "candlestick" telephone has an accordion bracket that is wall mounted. Popular in old movie newsrooms, this phone was said to have been used in a St. Paul, Minnesota newspaper office.
The telephone is engraved "ST'27," and the folding bracket is signed "Western Electric." The dial does not operate, this antique phone could be restored to operate, but it does not have a plug end and has not been tested to work.
Height of this nostalgic antique is 13" and the bracket adjusts from 15" to 40" from the wall mount.
