Country Lawyer Victorian Pine 40 Drawer File Cabinet
This Victorian 40 drawer hand crafted solid pine file cabinet was made for a country lawyer about 1895. The pulls and label holders are original, and drawers hold 9" x 11" papers.
The brown finish is wonderfully imperfect for an old 1890's cabinet, with just enough mars and wear for a little patina. Roughsawn wainscoting is on the back, and lower doors have raised panels.
For easier moving, the upper section is separate. This functional American antique furniture measures 4'10" wide, 15" deep and 4' 10 1/2" tall.
