Russian Carved Antique 1830 Chair

Hand-carved in Russia about 1830, this elegant armchair is sturdy and strong. Solid mahogany with matched flame grain panels on the back, the polished old finish is very fine. Old faded silk upholstery is charming, the slip seat is easily removed and reupholstered if desired. The curved back is comfortable on this historic furniture. Dimensions of this classical antique are 23" wide, 24" deep, 36" tall and the seat is 19" high.
