Sheraton Drop Leaf Antique 1830 Mahogany Table

Hand made about 1830 on the East Coast, this lovely drop leaf table has spiral legs and a drawer.

Solid mahogany, the top is a single wide plank and legs have tiny inlaid flame grain panels. The drawer is hand dovetailed with a chamfered bottom. A silky finish is excellent, with warm antique patina.

Drop leaves are delicately scrolled on this American furniture. There are various repairs over the years, see photos.

Measurements are 36" wide, 22" deep and 28" tall. When open it is 45 1/2" deep.
