Victorian 1880 Antique Hanging Kerosene Lamp Adjustable Ceiling Light Fixture

A Victorian period brass hanging lamp is kerosene or oil burning and has an embossed brass frame from about 1880.

The shade is milk glass, the font is satin glass and the smoke bell to collect soot is ceramic. A brass counterweight on chains and pulleys allows the lamp to be raised and lowered to fill and light.

American made antique lighting, size is 14" diameter and overall length adjusts from 42" to 51" overall.
