A Victorian period mantel clock from the 1890's has a cherry case with coppery mounts and a gilt dial, signed by noted maker, "Gilbert."
Professionally cleaned and oiled, the original brass movement runs accurately for a week on a winding. A deep gong counts the hour and a bell rings for the half hour on this American made antique timepiece.
Size is 15" wide, 7" deep and 11" tall.
