A classic American Victorian carved pump or reed organ dates from about 1900. Entirely original, the dark finish has lots of character - stains, mars and wear. The organ plays, but with little power, and several keys do not work - the reeds are probably blocked with dust.
This lavishly carved solid oak antique is signed "West of Chicago," and has not been restored. The beveled mirror and the upper gallery are removable for shipping. On the backside is the 10 year warantee, which has elapsed. Part of the cast iron frame on the right foot pedal is missing, see photos. There is music storage behind the music rest right and left are two shelves for lamps.
Measurements of this elegant parlor furniture are 45" wide, 24" deep and 6'8" tall.
