A picturesque country corner cupboard was hand crafted of solid walnut in Ohio about 1840. Doors have pegged joints and lots of old wavy glass panes. Lower doors have raised panels.
The old finish has warm patina, preserving lots of stains, losses, holes from old hardware plus shrinkage separations from age for antique character. The rough sawn back is attached with square cut nails on this historic cabinet.
Measurements are 58" wide at the tips of the crown, 84 1/2" tall and sides are 41" from the corner of the room to the outer tips of the crown.
