Originally built for a school in Milwaukee around 1925, a rugged maple hardwood workbench. There is a distinct scent of oil from its days in the shop.
A glowing restored finish is excellent on all sides with wonderful warm patina, preserving loads of character - stains, burns, and mars.
Four large dovetailed drawers have original bin pulls, locks have no keys. Large iron bolts are also original on this salvaged shop furniture. Behind the butcher block top is a recessed tray area to keep tools and parts from rolling away.
Dimensions are 54" long, 23" deep and 34 1/2" tall.
