A classic "Governor Winthrop" secretary desk from the 1930's is mahogany with authentic serpentine drawer fronts and carved claw and ball feet. The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made vintage library furniture. There are minor shrinkage separations from age, see photos.
When the lid is opened, supports extend automatically. Inside are tiny cubicles for documents. Drawers have dovetailed joints and original brass pulls.
Measurements are 35" wide, 17" deep, 39" tall and the desktop is 28" high.
