Antique Mahogany Dental Cabinet, 17 Drawers
There are 17 drawers of various sizes in this solid mahogany dentist's cabinet with raised panels - this would be a lovely home for a jewelry collection, or for a collector or hobbyist.
The deep, rich finish is excellent with glowing warm patina and just enough mars and wear for character, see photos. Two compartments have doors. A pair of columns have carved Ionic capitals.
A brass signature plate is engraved "American Cabinet Co., Two Rivers, Wi.," and this dentist furniture dates from the early 1900's.
Size of this American antique is 36" wide, 16" deep, 48" tall and the top is 44" high.
