Armoire or 1850 Antique Walnut Pennsylvania Wardrobe

Said to be from Pennsylvania, a wonderful armoire, wardrobe or linen press was hand crafted of solid walnut about 1850.

Beautifully figured, the silken low luster finish is in very fine condition with only minor mars on this American made furniture. Door panels are hand chamfered on the back sides. A large lower drawer has hand cut dovetail joints, chamfered bottom and restored sides to fit very well. The back panel and removable set of adjustable shelves are later.

Size of this classic and understated antique is 51' wide, 20" deep, 80 1/2" tall and interior depth is 17 1/2."
