Translated from the French word, “béton brut,” meaning "raw concrete", "Brutalist" architecture and furniture evolved after WWII and quickly gained popularity. This six piece slab design bedroom set includes a king size headboard, pair of nightstands, armoire, long dresser, and a mirror.
- 1970s vintage furniture signed "Lane" of Altavista, VA
- Oak with minor mars & "antique" distressing for character
- Original varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
- Drawers have dovetail joints
- Left shelf in armoire & shelves in nightstands are fixed in place
- King size headboard
Headboard is 80" wide, 2" deep and 45" tall. Nightstand size is 28" wide, 16" deep and 22.5" tall.
Armoire size is 40" wide, 18" deep and 66" tall.
Dresser size is 78" wide, 18" deep and 30.5" tall. Mirror size is 55" wide, 2.5" deep and 40.5" tall.
