Arts & Crafts Oak Bookcase or Cabinet, Wavy Glass
Authentic Arts and Crafts period furniture from the very early 1900's, this incredible bookcase is solid quarter sawn oak. Doors have original wavy green glass, and original oak shelves are adjustable on wooden supports. Subtly hand-carved front door panels show exquisite artistry, side panels are raised.
The rich brown finish is excellent and mostly original, patinated wrought brass hardware is original.
There are small mars at the edges plus a few shrinkage separations - overall condition is superb.
Balanced proportions are especially harmonious. This wonderful antique disassembles for moving. Dimensions are 7' wide, 18" deep and 7' 6 1/2" tall.
