Carved Angels 3 Piece Antique Parlor Set
Genuine antique furniture from about 1900, a three piece parlor set with angels and lion paw feet includes a loveseat or settee, armchair and rocker.
Frames are birch hardwood with an excellent deep reddish finish and dramatic original sculptures of winged angels.
There is a slight flex to the frames, especially on the rocking chair, but they are very usable and could be reglued at the next upholstering.
Recent fabric is in very fine condition. These American antiques show both Victorian and Empire Revival influence.
The settee measures 4' wide, 25" deep, 33" tall, all seats are 19" high. Armchair size is 27" wide, 25" deep, 33" tall and the rocker is 27" wide, 31" deep, and 33" tall.
