Carved Lion Paw 1920 Antique Scandinavian Sofa

Hand carved in Scandinavia about 1920 with lion paw feet, this boldly scaled sofa is solid beech. The original finish is very well preserved, waxed and polished so only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth will maintain their antique patina.

The upholstery has little wear but is faded, see photos. Separate bolster pillows make this deep seating very comfortable with lumbar support. The frame is tight and strong on this European furniture.

Dimensions are 78" wide, 36" deep, 35" tall and seats are 15" high.
