Chinese Antique Armoire or Cabinet, Hand Carved, Original Brass Hardware
Hand crafted of solid elm in the early 1900's in China, this armoire or two door cabinet has original patinated brass hardware.
The restored finish is in very fine condition, preserving just enough mars, stains and shrinkage separations from age for a little antique character. Clean lines with a traditional carved lower panel are beautiful on this antique furniture.
The interior has worn original lacquer. Hand planing marks and tenon joints show expert traditional craftsmanship. The top is unfinished, interior depth is 18."
Size is 49" wide, 21" deep and 70" tall.
