Country French Oak Bonnetiere or Hat Armoire
When every man, woman and child wore a hat, fashionable French folks had a small armoire or "Bonnetiere" for storage of their bonnets and hats.
This nicely carved 1920's hat and bonnet cabinet is fine grained oak with delicate carved details and an arched front. The door has raised panels and original lift off hinges.
Crafted in France, the original deep brown finish is in excellent condition. Size is 32" wide, 21" deep and 77" tall.
