What appears to be a hall coat stand actually is hiding a secret door and curtain, used in a mansion to hide a secret library entrance!
- 1900s antique Dutch furniture
- Hand carved oak & ebony
- Original finish has been waxed and buffed, preserving minor mars. All that is needed to maintain the soft luster is an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Minor losses & shrinkage separations from age - see photos
- Patinated brass hardware is original
- Fabric drape can be removed & changed if desired
- Two pins on left side to unlock door
