Country Store Antique Counter or Island

This solid oak country store counter dates from about 1890, and has lots of old paint, wear, mars and losses for character. The finish is excellent with glowing warm antique patina.

The old worn paint has been varnished over so there is no flaking on the washable and durable finish. Four large drawers have original iron bin pulls. Front and sides have vertical and angled wainscoting.

Rustic furniture from northern Wisconsin, measurements are 101" long, 29" deep and 34" tall.
