Eastlake 1880's Antique Dresser or Chest, Candle Stands & Mirror
A charming dresser or chest from the late Victorian or Eastlake period about 1880 has candle stands and a swivel mirror.
The satiny finish is in excellent condition on solid birch and maple, enhancing the spoon or "chip" carving. Drawer have round or pin and cove dovetails of the era and original pulls. Two small drawers fit handkerchiefs or jewelry, locks do not work so keys are handles only.
Size is 41" wide, 20" deep, 80" tall including the removable mirror frame, and the base is 39" high.
