Empire 1840 Dropleaf Lamp or Sewing Table
Authentic American Empire period furniture from about 1840, a sweet little dropleaf lamp or sewing table has a flame grain pedestal base.
The top and leaves are solid mahogany, the finish is excellent. There are mars and small repairs to the base, see photos. Drawers have hand cut dovetails.
Size of this East Coast antique furniture is 17" deep, 28" tall, 18 1/2" wide when closed and 36" wide when opened.
