Empire Mahogany Cheval or Dressing Mirror

This antique cheval or dressing mirror has tapered columns with ball shaped finials. Crafted of mahogany in American Empire design, this lovely antique dates from about 1900.

The rich deep finish is excellent with a few mars at the edges for patina. There is a little "smoke" in the original mirror, it could be replaced or resilvered if desired. Brass knobs tighten the swivel mechanism.

Measurements of this classic mirror are 32" wide, 23" deep and 5' 7" tall.
