English 1870 Antique Mahogany & Brass Writing or Document Box
A sweet little writing or document box from England is mahogany with inlaid brass corners and a plaque that could be engraved.
Dating from around 1870, the old finish is well preserved. There are losses at the corners for antique character, see photos. The lock is missing and measurements are 14" wide, 9" deep and 5" tall when closed.
