Executive Library or Office Desk, 1930's Carved Walnut & Burl, Signed Doten Dunt

A splendid 1930's executive desk was made for a Milwaukee bank president, and signed by famous Boston maker, "Doten Dunton Desk. Co." Walnut with matched burl panels, the satiny rich finish is superb on this American made library or office furniture.

Superior quality shows in every way, from the finely carved details, quarter matched burl top and heavy weight original embossed brasses. Deep drawers have solid walnut sides with hand cut dovetail joinery. Upper drawers have work shelves that lift up, see photos. There is a file drawer, the center drawer has a sliding tray and working lock.

Measurements are 6' long, 40" deep, 30 1/2" tall and the knee hole is 31" wide and 25" high. Matching pieces in photos are priced and sold separately, call or email for availability.
