Flow Blue Antique China Sauce Tureen, Ladle & Underplate Alton by Grindley 1880

This Victorian "Flow Blue" covered sauce tureen or boat, ladle and underplate set is signed "Alton" pattern by Grindley of England.

There is a minor chip under the lid plus rough spots on the original glaze as shown. There are traces of the original gold on this antique china from about 1880.

Size of the oval underplate are 9" x 6 1/2," the tureen is 9 1/2" long, 5 1/4" wide and 5" tall including the lid and the ladle is 7" long.
