Hand carved of mahogany about 1925, this Georgian Chippendale writing desk is in excellent condition. Masterfully hand carved, every side is delicately curved.

The deep finish is in excellent condition, drawers have hand-cut dovetails. There is very slight rippling plus tiny shrinkage separations due to age in the top, see photos.

Measurements of this elegant antique furniture are 5' 7" long, 36" wide, 30" tall, the knee hole is 24" wide and just over 24" high.
