A classic oval dining table in the Georgian manner from about 40 years ago has three pedestals with three or four cast brass paw feet and wheels.
Vintage furniture from England, the finish is in excellent condition on mahogany with inlaid satinwood banding on the top.
Three separate sections all have tilting tops, two 20" wide leaves fit between the pedestal sections, all locked in place with U shaped "forks" on this unsigned table. There is a slight warp to the tops, see photos.
This style of "banquet" table was functional so three sections could be tilted up and placed against the wall, opening up a dining room for dancing.
Measurements are 40" wide, 29 1/2" tall, using only the two curved end sections, length is 63," adding the center section, length is 7' 10," and with both leaves in place as well, length is 11' 2" overall.
