Mahogany Armoire, Wardrobe, or Closet, Oval Mirror
An oval beveled mirror in the center of this armoire separates doors with exquisite satinwood inlaid marquetry on mahogany. Separate right and left interior sections have hooks and a closet pole.
The original finish has beautiful patina - enough wear and mars to show its age, from about 1900.
There are losses to the silvering on the original plate glass mirrror and some shrinkage separations. Brass hardware is original and this stately antique furniture disassembles for moving.
Dimensions are 6'3" wide, 23" deep and almost 7' tall.
