Marble Carved Sculpture of Children, 1890 Antique Statue, Signed Italy

A hand carved marble statue of three small children shows masterful artistry and exceptional detail, and is signed "Italy."

This 1890's era work of art is in exquisite condition. The attached base is richly grained natural alabaster stone. There are only very minor scratches on this tender and endearing statue.

Carved from a single block of creamy marble, the natural expressions of the children are truly individual. We cannot find an artist's signature on this work of art.

Measurements are 20" wide, 10" deep and 14" tall it is weighs 80 lbs.
