Musketeer 1895 Antique Statue, Holding Sword

A statue of a Musketeer or Cavalier holding a sword dates from about 1895, and has a wonderful original deep bronze finish with a little wear for antique patina.
Cast with fine detailing in "spelter," a white metal alloy similar to pewter, this sculpture captures a confident and finely attired gentleman. There is wear to the iron base of this American made work of art. In very good condition, this majestic figure stands almost 21" high.
