This 1880's Victorian rosewood table has graceful curved legs and an oval top. The satiny finish is excellent, enhancing the delicate natural grain of genuine rosewood, one of the world's most beautiful hardwoods.
A charming hand carved plug in the top probably replaces a knot, see photos. Carved detailing above the legs connects to a shaped apron.
Strong and usable furniture from northern Europe, size is 48" long, 35" wide and 29" tall.
