Signed by premier Connecticut maker "Seth Thomas," this Victorian period "pillar" clock dates from the 1890's. Professionally cleaned and oiled, the brass movement runs accurately for a week on a winding. A gong counts the hour and a bell rings the half half hour on this American made antique mantel clock.
The faux rosewood case is a glossy form of celluloid in beautiful condition with only small chips at the back edge. Dimensions are 18" wide, 7" deep and 12 1/2" tall.
