Swedish Immigrant Signed 1860's Antique Pine Dome Trunk
A country pine immigrant trunk was hand made for a young Swedish woman whose name is hand painted. She brought it to America about 1860.
Hand cut dovetail joints,the curved "dome" top, square nails and wrought iron hardware are all authentic. The finish is in excellent condition, preserving worn old paint. Inside this European antique furniture is a compartment for valuables.
Size is 44" wide, 20" deep and 28" tall.
