Triple Arched French Armoire or Wardrobe, circa 1925

Graceful raised panels and an arched top distinguish this triple armoire from about 1925. Crafted of solid oak and mahogany, the original warm brown finish is in very good condition.

There are 3 dovetailed drawers in the center section, and the heavy iron hinges and pulls are original. Inside are a few shelves - more could be added or closet poles installed if desired.

The hand carving below the arched top is especially lovely. This antique furniture disassembles for moving, and there are several small shrinkage separations in the solid raised panels, see photos. Size is 6'8" wide, 26" deep and 6'3" tall.
