Victorian New Haven Antique Carved Clock

Made by "New Haven" of Connecticut, this Victorian clock keeps excellent time. The carved solid walnut case has an excellent finish, there is a delicate gold transfer design on the glass.

Professionally cleaned and oiled, the 8 day brass movement strikes the hour. The original cast brass pendulum with adjustment is marvelous, engraved "Pat. Mar. 1, 1881."

Called a shelf or mantel clock, this antique measures 14" wide, 5" deep and 22" tall.
