Victorian Oak Reclining Morris Chair
The Victorian version of a recliner chair, was called a "Morris" chair. This one has a "pressed" oak frame and new upholstery of the period. The original finish is in very fine condition for its age, and this antique furniture is solid and sturdy.
The 5 position reclining mechanism for the back is also original. Furniture from the late 1890's, cushions are soft and comfortable. Size is 30" wide, 30" deep and 42" tall, the seat is 16" high.
