Made for a train station about 1900 during the Arts and Crafts movement, this rugged bench is solid quarter sawn oak.
The deep satiny finish is excellent. This American railroad depot furniture is quite comfortable with a sculpted seat and curved back spindles. There is a separation due to age on the left of the seat, see photos.
Size is 6' 1" wide, 24" deep, 38" tall and the seat is 18" high.
