Georgian Chippendale 1900 Antique Desk or Side Chair, Needlepoint #28971
This desk, dining or occasional chair was finely hand carved of solid mahogany in the Georgian Chippendale manner about 1900. Old hand stitched genuine needlepoint upholstery has petit point panels.
The original finish is very well preserved on this antique furniture. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. There is little wear to the upholstery, which has brass nailhead trim.
Measurements are 21" wide, 20" deep, 37 1/2" tall and the seat is 19" high.
