Masterful hand carving shows exceptional artistry on this 1900 era walnut armoire from France with shaped and beveled mirrors in the doors.
The original finish has just enough mars, warps and shrinkage separations for a little antique character, see photos. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Original mirrors have "smoke" to show their age.
The interior is oak and curly "birdseye" maple, shelves are adjustable on wooden supports. Interior depth is 15." This historic furniture disassembles for moving.
Size is 54" wide, 22 1/2" deep and 99" tall at the crown.
Doors have a working lock, drawers inside have a key for a handle only, those locks do not work.
