The movement of this Victorian clock is signed "Ansonia, New York," and the china case is signed "La Nord" design by famous German maker, "Royal Bonn."
The 8 day brass movement has been cleaned and oiled. It keeps good time and strikes the hour and half. Behind the open escapement is a porcelain dial, the glass door is beveled.
The hand-painted case is undamaged with delicate flowers and gold. There are tiny hairline cracks on the left side of the porcelain dial, see photos. Dating from about 1900, this nostalgic antique measures 15" long, 5" deep and almost 12" tall.
