Bookbinder Antique 1900 Wood & Iron Bookpress

A bookbinder's press from about 1900 was used to flatten books for binding them to covers.

Oak and pine with a cast iron screw and wheel, this American made antique book press has a restored finish and paint. Books and prints up to 17 1/2" square fit the platten.

Overall size is 23" wide, 20" deep and 23" tall, adjustable upward.
