Signed "Brunswick Balke, Patent Sept. 18, 1917," this top of the line phonograph or wind up record player is in beautiful condition.
The figured mahogany richly carved case has been revarnished and has an excellent finish. Under the lid is a logo in gold leaf, the gold plated medallion is also original. There are on/off, speed and volume controls, the original lock and key still work. The famous four spring motor is as smooth and quiet as they come.
Included in the pull out files below are a variety of standard 78 rpm records. Brunswick is also famous for pool tables and bowling equipment.
Dimensions of this American made antique furniture are 24" wide excluding the removable winding crank, 24" deep and 49" tall when closed.
