Ruggedly crafted in the 1920's to collect streetcar or bus fares, this collector still counts and adds the coins, and would make a marvelous bank.
When the correct fare is dropped in, a lever opens a trapdoor and when cranked, the coins' value is added to the total.
Red paint is later on this American made heavy weight iron antique.
Measurements are 19" tall and 10" wide including the crank and it weighs 35 lbs.
