About 60 years old, a silverplate champagne bucket or wine cooler or chiller has handles and a footed base. This unsigned vintage serving ware is in very fine condition. There is a little wear on the silverplate - see photos.
Size is 9" diameter, 9 1/2" across the handles and 9 1/2" tall.
