Said to be from Ohio, this 1840's cherry corner cupboard or cabinet has old wavy glass panes. The old finish is in very fine condition on this finely crafted American country furniture.
Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Two separate pieces for easier moving, square cut nail heads are visible. Upper shelves have rails to display plates if desired. The lower lock and key still work, the interior is old paint.
Measurements are 46" tip to tip across the crown, 72" tall, sides are 32" from the corner of the room to the front tip of the crown, 30" to the front of the body.
