Colored Map of Sweden 1792 Guillaume del 'Isle Amsterdam

Engraved and hand colored, a map of Charles XII Kingdom of Sweden is signed "Guillaume del 'Isle, Amsterdam, Ian Bt. Elwe, MDCCXCII" or 1792. Two sheets of paper are glued together. We have not opened the frame, which is about 50 years old.

The American collector who owned the map had inscribed the back, "Found Copenhagen, 1954." Colors are vivid and not faded, this antique map appears quite clean and unstained. Overall size is 19 1/2" tall x 26" wide.
