Country Wood Box Grain Bin, Nice for Boots & Backpacks
An authentic country box for firewood or grain bin was hand made about 1880 of pine and poplar woods, today it would also be nice for boots or backpacks.
The old finish has lots of mars and wear for character. Very well preserved, the finish has been waxed and hand rubbed, it needs only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep its nice antique patina. Hand cut square nails are visible and this American made primitive furniture is hand planed.
Size is 45 1/2" wide, 15" deep and 30" tall.
