Georgian Traditional Mahogany Breakfront China Cabinet, Bookcase & Desk

A traditional Georgian design breakfront china cabinet or bookcase has a pull out desk as well.

Mahogany with lavish banding and flame grain panels, the renewed finish is in excellent condition. About 60 years old, this American made vintage furniture is unsigned. Glass panes are convex to fit classic grillwork. Upper shelves are adjustable and have grooves to display plates, some are warped from age. There are slight shadows on the sides from the shelf positions.

The desk has a gold tooled leather work area. Embossed brass hardware is original, a key operates door locks. The upper section is a separate piece for easier delivery.

Measurements are 58 1/2" wide, 81 1/2" tall and 16" deep.
